Vitamin E ( Tocopherol )

Vitamin E was first recognized in 1922, but it wasn’t identified chemically until 1938.

Vitamin E is naturally found in plants and the leaves of green veggies.

Vitamin E is both a nutrient and antioxidant, Known as Tocopherol it can be found in many skincare products.

It is a highly beneficial ingredient for the skin, especially when it’s combined with other antioxidants. It works as a defense against free radicals and other environmental damaging effects.

Vitamin E treats wrinkles by boosting collagen production, a connective tissue that keeps skin elastic. It also treats wrinkles by supporting new skin cell growth and speeding up cell regeneration.

Vitamin E helps decreasing skin dryness and therefore make signs of aging less noticeable.

Vitamin E helps to lighten and smooth the rough skin by lubricating cell membranes and encouraging cell regeneration.
